Baseball and Bat

Welcome to the

Your Success Story Program

Since 2010, more than 4,500 students have been taught by over 170 MLB & MiLB players and coaches how to use success strategies to reach goals.

You can teach kids too!

Classroom visits are now virtual helping America recover and rebuild

Here's what we do for players to ensure a successful visit

We teach players about the Negro Leagues and player Sam Hairston's success strategies before their classroom visit.

We provide teachers a lesson plan for the player's visit, aligned to academic standards.

Students prepare for the player's visit by writing about goals they have for their future.

We facilitate the 1-hour player's visit to the classroom, where students discuss goals and strategies for success with the visiting player.

The 1-hour visit includes time for photos & photographs too.
After the visit, students compose personal narratives about how they'll apply what they learned.

We return to get the narratives, and deliver them to the player.
